Troubleshooting - Treon Connect
I have received my Treon Connect Test Kit, but no user credentials
Treon Support aims at sending out the admin user account invitation for your Treon Connect online instance at the same time as your Treon Test Kit arrives. In some cases it might take a bit longer, but you should receive the user account invitation within one business day of arrival. Should you have not received the invitation by then, please contact the Treon Support Team.
Please note that the admin user account invitation is only sent to the email address given when you ordered the Treon Connect Test Kit. The admin user can then create further user accounts within your organisation.
The Condition app reports ‘No asset found!’
Before you can view your data and set up events in the Condition monitoring app, you need to assign your Treon devices to assets. Only when you have created assets and attached your physical Treon devices to them, you will be able to receive the data from these devices.
My devices are in a different group than my assets
When assigning a Treon device to an asset, the device should automatically be pulled into the same group as the asset. Due to a bug in the current version of Treon Connect it can happen that the device stays in the Default group instead. Should this happen, please contact the Treon Support Team for assistance.
An asset does not show up in the Condition app
Only assets that have a Treon node device such as the Treon Industrial Node 6 attached to them are shown in the Condition app. Assets that only have a Treon Gateway attached will instead show in the Fleet app.
The Reports app does not work
Currently the Reports app is still under construction and inaccessible. Our team of dedicated software engineers are currently working on this new feature.
The Integrations app does not work
